  • Cloud Centers, LLC is a data center advisory and development firm focused on the delivery of successful, mission critical projects. Founded in 2021, the firm is privately held and based in San Francisco.
  • Our core competency is working successfully with owners, users, operators, and investors to deliver data center projects which meet their mission critical business objectives. The team specializes in developing digital infrastructure assets including 5-20+ MW data center facilities and 20-120+ acre campuses.
  • Our base of experience takes advantage of market opportunities to guide our clients in the production of investment grade, value-driven and scalable solutions from concept to turnover. We offer a customer centric approach based on providing flexibility and knowledge of the end user’s perspective.  We understand that every user’s approach to data center build out and operations is unique.Our recent data center experience has successfully delivered some 250 MW of projects ranging from multi-tenant enterprise and colocation facilities to build-to-suit and turn-key projects to purpose-built powered shells. They include campuses, ground-up new construction, building retrofits, and customized high-performance compute (HPC) suites.

  • Each engagement is managed from a vertical platform which integrates development, project management, transaction management and advisory services.  Our team provides expertise in data center acquisitions, planning and programming, market and financial analysis, negotiations, design, construction, commissioning and operations with “end to end” responsibility.
  • The Cloud Centers team focuses on advising our clients on the strategic development of their real estate assets to include data center and mission critical infrastructure components.
  • We follow our data center customers where and when their needs demand our attention. Our most recent projects have been completed or are underway in the following US markets:  Silicon Valley, Salt Lake City, Hillsboro, Dallas, Austin, Kansas City, Chicago, Minneapolis and Atlanta.   We’ve commenced our APAC expansion with a new project in the Manila, Philippines region
